My brother Dave tracked down his birth father US Marine CPL Wes Patterson who was killed by a sniper in Viet Nam in 1966 at the age of 20. Dave was his only child, and Wes never knew about him. In January Dave had a stroke and can't use his left side. Our Dad, the father who raised him, passed in 2001. Dave needs encouragement very much right now and has talked a lot about his birth father and the father we share. I am putting together a memory box for Dave with a rubbing from The Wall of Wes's name and a memorial bracelet. There were certain things we wanted on it that couldn't be accommodated any other way.
