Order My Dog Tag was an easy process once I became familiar with the format. The preview method made it able for me to make changes prior to ordering to ensure I got what I wanted. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress from order to delivery. The only negative I can see is that the plastic ring that goes around the tag does not stay in place well when worn on a regular basis by my dog. It may work better on humans.
