My teenage son is a huge fan of fps video games, so I got him a set of tags as a fantasy Christmas gift. We adopted him just a few months ago, so when he saw his new last name on the tags his jaw dropped, and he's hardly taken them off since. The mydogtag site was very good with a huge selection--so huge that I actually missed the exact item I was looking for and went with the closest thing, but when I provided some feedback, their customer service responded within less than an hour and not only showed me where I could find what I wanted, but also changed my order even though it was outside the cutoff window. Absolute first-rate company!
