The techs that I spoke with, noted by name below, were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. When I called, I spoke with Raj; a wonderful young lady who gave excellent assistance and sold me on your product. Raj transferred me to "Abby." Abby is what I would label a "BEYOND knowledgeable technician;" a total pleasure to speak with. If I were their manager, I would give them top-dollar for their job performance and remarkable customer service skills; that's a rarity in today's world!
