“I wish I could give zero stars for Myphonesupport. First off, the wait times are ridiculous. I waited over an hour just to speak to someone, and when I finally did, the support was anything but helpful. The guy I spoke to seemed to know less about my phone than I did, which is saying something because I'm no tech wizard. The problem with my phone wasn't even fixed after the call. They walked me through some basic troubleshooting that didn't work, and then they just told me to wait for an email with further instructions - which, surprise, never came. To top it all off, they tried charging me for this "service" even though my phone issue wasn't resolved. Had to argue to not get charged. Save yourself the time and frustration; look elsewhere for phone support.”

“They are not Microsoft partners and that's the first lie they tell you. And it gets worst from there on, they had my name and mailing address (probably hacked my Email), and got my CC info to help fix the issues that they caused in the first place. DO NOT TRUST any word that they say, it is a total scam, there is already a lawsuit against them and hope it can bring them to justice and pay back the thousands of dollars that they stole from others. Please be aware of any pop-up on your Windows laptop saying you need to call a toll-free number to fix the issue, Microsoft never asks you to call a Toll-Free number”
