They crashed my computer. I called and after 4 hours it went into "failure configuring window updates". When I complained they said they would send someone out to my house
They called to make appt and THEN SAID I HAD TO PAY GOR THRM TO COME OUT!!
Seriously. They crashed it and now I need to spend more?
