I I received outstanding service from the "My-Phone-Support" Technician, Ms. Kiran Teotia, on 7-31-2016. She not only was patient and courteous in assisting me but also was so professional in helping me, as a "non-techie," to follow the steps on my computer, to allow her to make the necessary repairs (restoring Internet services; and, ridding my Outlet e-mails of an annoying "pop up," "Headers not installed." Ms. Teotia never became upset, when I, repeatedly, did not understand some simple task, which an experienced computer-user would have been able to accomplish, readily.
