I wish I could give zero stars for Myphonesupport. First off, the wait times are ridiculous. I waited over an hour just to speak to someone, and when I finally did, the support was anything but helpful. The guy I spoke to seemed to know less about my phone than I did, which is saying something because I'm no tech wizard. The problem with my phone wasn't even fixed after the call. They walked me through some basic troubleshooting that didn't work, and then they just told me to wait for an email with further instructions - which, surprise, never came. To top it all off, they tried charging me for this "service" even though my phone issue wasn't resolved. Had to argue to not get charged. Save yourself the time and frustration; look elsewhere for phone support.
