Amritpal Singh had me go turn off the modem and PC when it lost connectivity. I could have gone to this trouble myself. The phone was still getting WIFI so I think it was a computer problem, not one that required physically resetting the modem. That's a lot of trouble. The modem is on another floor. His English is also very hard for me to understand. He was very professional and put up with my slowness very well.
I may terminate this service.
