Technicians are pests. They kept talking and talking and not listening and want money. They are hard to understand. After I hung up on them they called me back 3 times wanting to talk and not to listen to the problem.
The problem is that Microsoft installed updates that ruined the audio card and made it slow and erased all passwords and history of gmail. I had to put my gmail account again manually. This company is terrible. No problems solving whatsoever. Just talking and talking 100 miles an hour.
