I gave it to 1 star because the my phone support is a fake company it is not a partner of Microsoft even Microsoft do not ever know that my phone support is a partner of Microsoft lol .. actual thing is there is a company in Gurgaon with tye name of quatrro global services and raman roy is running this scam business the address is building no 119 gurgaon near kapashera (chinaar) they fooled united states innocent aged peeps who do not know about computers and asked for a technical support and they charged a huge amount from them and did something wrong with the peeps computer and many times the computer got damanaged and they dont tske responsibility of that just fooled the peeps of united states .
