I bought the Biocube Safe for my Daughter that just went off to College. The safe was delivered on Tuesday and my daughter picked it up and took it back to the dorm room and open the box to find out that UPS damaged the safe pretty badly during shipping. I immediately sent the CEO Scott an email with photos showing the damage. To my surprise he answered my email within about 30 minutes which shocked me because it was after 8pm Mountain Standard Time. He went above and beyond my expectations and reached out to a few of his team members Carrie and Jennifer and within 12 hours they had a new Biosafe being shipped to my daughter.. Being in sales myself I understand customer service and they truly knocked it out of the park! Thank you team Mycube, Scott, Carrie, & Jennifer.. Keep up the great work and look forward to doing business again in the future..
