“Love my new safe! It took a little help to set up code, because I locked the safe with the door open. It was my fault, but the help person was wonderful and she helped me correct the problem easily. Feel much better that I can secure my valuables safely at home instead of the bank’s safety deposit box.”

“Everything was fine and I enjoy the safe. I was disspointed that I was sent a charger for the battery with a Micro USB connector, when the battery requires a USB C connector. Fortunately I have other USB C connector chargers so this is minor.”

“Love my new Mycube safe. It was easy to anchor it to a wall stud and now I have peace of mind for my valuables. The finger sensor is pretty finicky though.”

“2.5 stars. Very small space for valuables, particularly for the price of the tall safe. mechanisms seem to work well. I ordered 2 additional shelves that were expensive for a shelf. I would not purchase again because of space and high price.”

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you don't find the space sufficient. We list all our specs and dimensions of this product on the product page as well as full images and videos. If we sold the shelves for any less, we would lose money, which unfortunately we cannot do. We are glad to hear you like the way the safe works including the biometrics, keypad, and 12-tamper proof bolting lock mechanism. We are always here to assist 7 days per week every day of the year. “I bought the “big-small one”. Sits on a built-in piece of furniture and bolts down and back into two studs in the wall. It’s so easy to get into (for me, of course) and I have peace of mind that my belongings are secure. I cannot praise it enough!!!”

“The safe is acceptable. The process to deliver it was not. No worries, I’m sure mycube will explain to you why they weren’t actually wrong in charging LA city taxes (shocker, I don’t live there) and for being wildly unhelpful with delivery. Good thing I can drop everything, leave work and race home to help carry the thing in myself. Thanks! **EDIT STARTING HERE** After my initial edit, the VP of Customer Experience reached out to me, did not address my factual concerns, and asked me to edit my review. So, I am. I'll clarify my issues and why Mycube showed indifference to my problems. 1) Sales Tax: I took issue with any portion of my sales tax going to Los Angeles as a city, when I live in San Francisco. I was clear about this. Time and time again, including the latest email from the VP, all MyCube simply showed me the arithmetic of sales tax, and not answered my question. I think not putting 100% of the local sales tax to SF is fraud, and they don't care. They simply assumed that I cannot calculate it myself (I'm a middle school math teacher...so, believe me, I can follow the maths). 2) White Glove Delivery: Upon delivery, I was confused by the lack of service. When I asked about it, instead of scheduling the service (which I would have gladly paid for), they told me that it was listed on the website, implying I should have read closer. Again, in the email from the VP, they had the audacity to send me a screen shot of the portion detailing this. I honestly didn't care about the documentation, I simply needed help lugging a 200+ lb safe up three flights of stairs. I had to go elsewhere to complete the installation. I cannot fathom why they didn't offer to provide this service EVEN IF I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. 3) This issue I failed to mention earlier, and is frankly most upsetting. When I received notification that the shipment was in route, MyCube told me the delivery team would reach out, schedule a time and then deliver the safe. That isn't what happened. Instead, on my first day of teaching school, I received a call from the delivery team that they were ALREADY AT MY HOME AND WERE GOING TO LEAVE IT ON THE CURB. I was 30 minutes away. Fortunately, I was able to leave my students, grab a bus, sprint home and convince the delivery team to NOT leave it on the street. When I shared this experience with MyCube, their response was that I should have received a call. And that was it. I had to take time off of work, rush across town, arrange alternative care for my child, all because MyCube didn't live up to their promise. So, in short, the safe is fine enough. The process was atrocious. Every communication from them was centered around proving why I was wrong, and ZERO effort spent either understanding my issues OR attempting to resolve them in any reasonable way. If you're looking for someone to have a safe randomly appear on your doorstep, Mycube is your best bet. If you're looking for service, or delivery help, or customer service that goes beyond gaslighting you into being unreasonable, then go with Costco. I wish I had.”

“My new safe is just perfect. It's the mycube mini and it was just what I wanted for my vacation home. We measured twice, ordered, and easily installed the safe when it arrived. Just like a hotel safe to program and use, so very easy, but with lighting and a lot of space. Love it!”

“Great looking safe, well built. The prices that come with are a bit hard to understand, a suction cup? In the right side of the key panel a changing port? No cable”

Thanks for your review. The suction cup can help remove the keyhole cover if you ever need to use the key. You can also see in the video here: https://vimeo.com/764785863 The port is for using an external power pack to charge the keypad to deliver power if the batteries run out and you don't have your key. We don't supply the external power pack.
