I have been a MyCube customer for six years and I am very pleased with my safe. I recently had not replaced the batteries on time -my mistake- and ran into an issue. I spoke with an extremely helpful employee who followed up with me daily. My problem is now solved and my safe and it’s contents are all secure.
That ‘employee’ is the CEO Scott— I had no idea! His unassuming style and humble passion speaks volumes to the culture of MyCube and the quality of it employees and products. I am a Fan for Life!
