I recently purchased the Biocube and I love it! I also bought several of the trays, to keep things organized inside. The whole customer service experience was excellent, from start to finish. It's a small team and they are very responsive and keep one another informed so that it doesn't matter who answers your call or email; it is a seamless transition. Any minor inconvenience was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and highly recommend the product and the company.
