A big shout out to the customer service at Mycube! I wrote in to ask for help with a key that was not opening my safe - the batteries died and I could not open it with my key. Turned out that it was not their safe, but they still reached out within 12 hours of my panicked post and still offered to help me. Then, I got a second email from yet another person offering to help me. That is pretty epic considering I am not even a customer (yet :)). Thanks team!!
