I recently purchased a firecube, but it was after I'd inadvertently purchased the MyCube, only to find it wasn't fireproof. In the area I live, fire was my chief concern. It was a large sum of money to have in limbo, but the customer service department at Mycube was amazing. I connected almost immediately, and the representative was able to cancel my order and then place an order for the one I wanted - and made an adjustment in the cost to enable me to get the discount that I had first applied to the first order.
