The safe itself is fine. The delivery was terrible. There are no instructions with the safe and the instructions online are only for the small cube safe. I ordered the largest firemax. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t call back. Overall the product is ok but customer service is terrible. Unless you can haul a 200 pound safe into your house alone don’t buy from this company.
