I ordered Iron from myntra, they delivered a USED N OLD Iron. I immediately ordered for a replacement. Next day the delivery guy turned up, and seing the Iron, REJECTED IT because of its POOR QUALITY and Used. He told me to “contact the customer care” But the customer care people say that we have given it to you after checking the quality. They are not ready to listen to anything.
