Hi Nandita Sinha, I hope you are the CEO. We have placed an order under Order # 126730808965512708101 Date: May 11 2024- Kuchipoo pack of 5 T-shirts Boys for my Kids with Myntra online shopping.
Still now we didn't receive the dress from Myntra- when we contact your customer service - we got a response that we already received dress, when we ask to whom it is handover (POD) or any person name. we didn't get any proper response. Also, if Myntra product delivery to customer - we need to inform PIN number, we didn't get material and we didn't share any pin with any one.
My wife felt bad, bcoz we order this dress for our kids- the response from customer service is very poor - we thought file a case in consume court.
before that I was searching, I got you in LinkedIn - Pls check and take immediate action to get product or return our money back.
we don't want to cheat by online shopping company. I will also post this google review.
