I had placed an exchange order 20 days before. After 20 days still the product has not reached and customer care always gives the same answer everyday without any update. Nothing was done on the complaint. Finally I got the delivery person number and they are refusing to deliver the product saying technical issue. Myntra gets customer money and they least bother to refund the amount even after the delivery is delayed for 20 days. Worst experience calling customer service everyday with no solution.
