I had placed two orders on August 9th and this was supposed to be delivered in August 14th and 15th. However, it was delayed and there was no update from Myntra till I approached the customer care(CC) on August 15th. When I called the CC, they gave me an update quite different from what was on the website tracker or app. They also raised an T an incident and said they would resolve by August 19th. On August 19th, again, there was no update and I followed up again on August 20th. Again they said, an update would be provided in 24 hrs. Nothing happened after 24 hours. Again I called up on August 22nd. Same apologies and same story of another 24 hours. I am really annoyed at the way Myntra is servicing the customers. It's just pathetic service with no value to customer sentiments. I can understand, if one order was delayed, but both orders from different sellers. Only common thing is platform, which is MYNTRA. Ridiculous!
