Order several items and paid for expedited shipping...2 to 5 business days. Was not shipped for a full 5 days....tried to call customer service to get a refund for expedited shipping and after following prompts for customer service, waited for 2 hours without anyone answering the phone. Because frustrated, called back...press the button for sales...was answered in 30 seconds....explained my situation and was hung up without any explanation....called back...did the same thing....same 20 or 30 seconds....asked for a manager.....was told to hold....a few seconds later was hung up on before anyone came to the phone. Called back yet again....the exact same thing happened. This place is as crooked as a Louisiana Politician....Beware....there is no such thing as customer service there....
