I ordered 4 of them when they were on sale thinking I would give them as Christmas gifts. They arrived in a timely manner but I was really disappointed to see that all they are is shredded foam. They come rolled up so tightly that when you open them they are flat as a pancake. You have to “fluff” them up in your dryer. (Not every one has a dryer!) After “fluffing” one I tried it that night and woke up after 4 hours with such a sore neck and shoulders that I had to take some pain relief. I packed them all up the next day and sent them back. It was an easy process, shipping was free and my credit card was reimbursed quickly. The pillows are worthless but I have a mattress topper and towels that I am satisfied with.
