I’ve had the pillows for 2 years now. No real issues. They fluff up easy. Not an issue to me.
However my issue is: I ordered the 3 inch mattress topper on 12/25. They said 10-14 day delivery. After 14 days I called and was told the things are back ordered and no telling when they will be available. They never reached out to me to let me know there was a delay in delivery. They also do not post a tracking number or method. One has to call them.
No good business does that to their customers.
