Company refused to allow me to use my actual street address, and instead changed it to a road number that the post office did not recognize. Then after waiting almost two weeks for shipping, the post office received the package, and would not allow me to retrieve it even with a tracking number. Bad customer service all the way around. Was looking forward to new pillows, but will buy elsewhere now and in the future. Mypliiow, you have lost a customer.
