Purchased 2 original firm queen size pillows several years ago. Loved them! Easy to wash, fluffs up great after daily use, stopped the neck pain I received from previous pillow, however, they were not made with the cooling material that the newer ‘my pillow’2.0 is advertised to provide. I recently ordered 1 -“my pillow” 2.0 to check it out. For a USA company , I was extremely disappointed with the delivery process. It took a month to finally receive delivery. ( for 1 pillow) I have received items from china in less than half the time. For all the advertising they spend money on , they should have a much more efficient delivery process. The 2.0 pillow was also a disappointment. It wasn’t as firm as my original pillow,and wasn’t any cooler to the touch,as advertised. I’ll keep it as a spare, but I’m switching back to the original. I took a risk with the 2.0 and basically took a $40 bath
