I made a purchase last year during the black friday sale.
And as the purchase was above 100 Euro I was supposed to receive a black friday box worth 44pounds.
Its now 2 months since the order was placed and I am yet to receive the same. When I contacted customer care the response I received is -
"I’m sorry that this hasn’t been sent to you yet as this is currently out of stock and it doesn't look like we are getting anymore in stock.
I can offer your £5.00 credit onto your account as a gesture of good will".
This is too sloppy from MyProtein. At least I don't think I can trust this company going forward.
