I've been a customer since 2008 and won't order from them again - enough is enough. Something seems to have changed in their system, which means my address is processed incorrectly, even though it's been entered correctly, and I've never had problems before. On top of that, the customer service is generally unhelpful and not interested in resolving their customers' problems.

I’ve been a repeat customer of MyProtein for years, but this latest order was a disaster. I placed an order on August 1st with the correct address, yet somewhere between MyProtein and their courier (GoFo Express), the address was mangled. I called the courier twice — on August 6 and August 11 — and sat on hold for 20 minutes each time. Both times I was told the address was corrected and the package would arrive in 2–3 days. Nothing ever arrived. When I contacted MyProtein, their only response was to tell me to keep calling the courier. No real help, no attempt to step in, no ownership of the issue. The payment went to MyProtein, but they refuse to take responsibility for ensuring the order arrives. The products themselves are good, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on, and I’ve already had to turn to Visa for a chargeback to get my money back.

I was at home all day waiting for my MyProtein delivery. The GLS driver never rang my bell, never called, and never left a card. Instead, the parcel was dropped at a ParcelShop without any attempt to deliver it to my home. I contacted MyProtein twice by email to report this and to ask why the delivery was not attempted. Both times my questions and complaint were completely ignored. They simply replied with the ParcelShop location, which I already knew from the tracking link. This is unacceptable customer service. Ignoring customer concerns twice shows a clear lack of care. I expected MyProtein to investigate the failed delivery attempt and ensure this does not happen again. Instead, I received generic responses that avoided the actual issue. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for protein and instead received two bottles of carpet cleaner. I’m not sure if the issue was with MyProtein or Royal Mail, but I returned the incorrect items and took photos of the sealed boxes as evidence. Over a month later, I got an email from MyProtein saying they’d investigated and that everything had supposedly been packed correctly. They’re refusing to issue a refund and have now shut down my ability to place future orders. Maybe it was a Royal Mail issue—but regardless, accusing a customer of trying to scam a few bags of protein and banning them from ordering again is absurd. I was a first-time buyer and could’ve been a long-term customer. There are so many protein brands out there, and you'd think they’d want to attract and keep new customers—not alienate them. Anyway, don’t bother ordering from them. They suck.

My package arrived which was chewed into by a rat/ mouse. I contacted customer service nearly 5 days ago now and they have not done anything. They’ve just taken my money and left me with a bag of protein which was eaten into by a rat. Myprotein has fallen off so bad as the customer service is dreadful. Any other business would be doing whatever they can to make things right after such a disgusting error but the person I spoke to on the customer service chat was literally no help at all and she took about 5 minutes to reply to each message on chat. I am extremely unhappy and I want a refund I will take my money and buy my protein elsewhere. Shame to lose a loyal customer for 7+ years.

I spent so much on the site because I was told I would get a free bag of protein powder if I spent $100. I made sure the free bag of protein was in my cart when I paid. After I paid, it disappeared from my order and the company refused to add the bag of protein or cancel my order. This company is unprofessional and absurd.

Kiwi strawberry flavor contains harmful red dye 40. No one will appropriately respond or refund. Customer Service is all robots.

Very week in flavour. I move on to another company. And at full price it's expensive for a product that takes time to dissolve a lot longer than it says, poor quality. Never buying this product again

Half my order is missing, I was told too bad and then when pushed will only refund a portion of tge missing product. I will be going to Fair Trading

If theres a zero star rating I would have used it. I have been using Myprotein for a long time and has always found the products value for money and decent esp during their sale of more than 70% even though they have been increasing the price as well. My experience took a sharp nose drive when they sent me the wrong products with the correct label. Imagine receiving 2 items when i expecting more than 10. They refused to send me the correct item until i ship back the wrong ones. I reasoned that its not worthwhile for me to bear the shipping cost which is much higher than the wrong products they sent. I even offered to pay them for the wrong products to save both parties the hassle. They insisted its company policy and held me ransom of the goods that i paid. It was only resolved 3 months later after many rounds of painful follow up and chasing. The prices increased sharply after this and I would not consider buying again. The product i still have in stock, in particular the meal replacement has a nasty aftertaste and made my stomach churn everytime i consume it. Im considerinf discarding the whole lot of them. I go as far to say their products are not safe for consumption.

𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 The parcel was sent to a pick-up point even though it was supposed to come to my home. Myprotein claimed that the courier company had made a mistake, but the courier company was able to prove that they had received instructions from Myprotein to deliver the parcel to the pick-up point. Myprotein took no responsibility. Instead, they gave evasive answers. They did not give direct answers even to simple questions just demanded further information. Their answers to enquiries were: "Please reply to this message at your earliest convenience and please note that without this information we are unable to complete our investigation." My problem was not a big one, but it was too big for Myprotein's customer service. I feel sorry for those whose problem is bigger, because I know Myprotein's reluctance to respond.

Customer service is non- existent. They don't have a quick response time - no email address and no telephone number. They expect you to resolve queries via a text book on their website! This isn't a survey I'm asking about my missing parcel and asking for a refund. AVOID!

WORST SERVICE - NOT WILLING TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE The worst customer service I have experienced. I was a customer for many years and had spent £300 within 3 weeks with them. They had sent the wrong product to me (the correct sticker but the wrong product). Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by returning the item, I received no assistance after months of chasing them. It seems whoever is responsible for customer service doesn't care about losing high-paying customers.

Buyer beware! My Protein's unflavored EAAs are a tastebud nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. From the first sip, it's a nauseating concoction of regret and chemical warfare. Two attempts at customer service (complete with picture proof) were met with deafening silence. Save yourself the stomach churn and avoid this product and brand entirely. There are better options out there that care about both taste and service.

I ordered a few items that were shipped on the 23 of November. I work from home and the delivery is until 9pm and they said they tried delivering it at 9:15pm on the 29 which they did not, since then I've asked several times when will it be delivered or to escalate the situation and they completely ignore what I ask and say it will be delivered soon. Well it's been over two weeks, costumer service ignores my requests and keeps misleading me saying it is going be delivered soon. I have asked for the situation to be escalated several times and I was ignored they don't even address my issues just keep saying it will be delivered soon, well it was shipped on the 23rd nearly a month a go so what about being serious with the client? Disrespectful at the least. 531981137
