My Protein main branch should close down & revoke the license for MY PROTEIN ROMANIA!! I've been waiting on a return for nearly 2 months, there is hardly any customer service available, the one woman 'Valentina' that answers on the Facebook page fortnightly never actually helps I am starting to wonder if she's an automated robot. Their emails for returning items contain 0 info on how you should carry out your return or where to take your parcels so you end up running around the city like a headless chicken from DHL to Cargus to some other Cargus Center... and then wait for nearly 2 months and the person that should represent CUSTOMER SERVICE hasn't got a clue where your parcel is!! It's a ridiculous carry on and it totally hinders the upstanding image of the brand.
