I have to say I am quite appalled with MyProtein's customer service. I was looking to
purchase 2 items totaling a cost of over £50 and I saw that there were freebies included so
I ended up placing the order (Freebies were a shaker and a beanie). These freebies added
extra weight to my order and therefor I had to pay a total of £40 for the delivery so around
£90 in total.
Afterwards I check my order and I see that the freebies have been deleted from my order and
that I was still charged the full £40 for delivery. I kindly explained this to customer
support and they failed to understand the problem. After explaining it several times to
different people they finally understood and told me they could credit my account with the
payment. I told them I just wanted a refund of the difference to which I was then told
nothing would be done to help as it was a mistake of some sort on the website. ( I also have

There is also a mistake on the Order summary as you can clearly see the totals don't add up.
The order summary it states £74.17 + £40 for delivery which is then £114.17 and then it says
promotions £-29.03 therefore the total should be £85.14 however it says the total is
actually £91.13 for some reason.
As there was a mistake on your website I have to pay extra delivery for the weight that was
calculated with these “free gifts” and then they are removed from my order after payment.
You are unwilling to rectify the problem by refunding a mere £5.99 for this fault and
willing to have a terrible review and lose a customer who has just spent over £90 on an
order. I see that you are unwilling to refund this loss and I will have to bear the brunt of
a mistake on your part.
