For 12+ years I have been a customer of myprotein However, as they have grown, it has become evident that the quality of their service has drastically diminished. I agree that discount codes, flash sales are contradictory and are simply a marketing strategy.
Nonetheless, what really frustrates me is their delivery service which explains why many people are turning to other suppliers. They continue to use evri (Hermes) who often fail to deliver and packages never arrive in accordance with the estimated delivery date. It is now 2 weeks I have no order and now i have been told to wait for a refund whilst they carry out their investigation absolutely appalling. I get on some occasions deliveries get delayed but to have 2 orders go missing and then being told to wait longer reflects on how poor myprotein is as a business from a service level.
