I've ordered from Myprotein for more than 20 years and never happened nothing like this, I’ve been charged 3 TIMES for the same order. After hundreds of calls to costumer service and nobody care, my last chance was thru message and I’ve spoken with: Sthabiso, Samkelisiwe and Callum no one help me to solve their mistake ( for me is a robbery) of charging the costumer 3 TIMES. They demand to send them a print screen as proof of what I was saying, like the Bank institutions don’t aloud to do print screens, I’ve to send them a bank statement. (wishing that nothing wrong happen with my personal details) Just be aware of this company, after the pandemic looks like they have moved to the backyard.
