I'm very unhappy with the customer service I've received from MyProtein. I placed an order and my product arrived damaged, there was a literal hole in the bag. I contacted customer service right away, but they have been beating around the bush and asking for details of my order despite me uploading all the details and proof of damage at my initial request for refund. This has been very frustrating to me, i feel like im dealing with bots.
Its taking them ages to respond as to what to do next if i want a refund. Do i need to return the whole bag? Feels like you're holding my money hostage and just hoping that ignoring your international customers means they will stop bothering you eventually.
The responses I receive are generic and unhelpful. I'm very disappointed with MyProtein and I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
