I ordered a few items that were shipped on the 23 of November. I work from home and the delivery is until 9pm and they said they tried delivering it at 9:15pm on the 29 which they did not, since then I've asked several times when will it be delivered or to escalate the situation and they completely ignore what I ask and say it will be delivered soon. Well it's been over two weeks, costumer service ignores my requests and keeps misleading me saying it is going be delivered soon.
I have asked for the situation to be escalated several times and I was ignored they don't even address my issues just keep saying it will be delivered soon, well it was shipped on the 23rd nearly a month a go so what about being serious with the client? Disrespectful at the least. 531981137
