I’ve been a repeat customer of MyProtein for years, but this latest order was a disaster. I placed an order on August 1st with the correct address, yet somewhere between MyProtein and their courier (GoFo Express), the address was mangled. I called the courier twice — on August 6 and August 11 — and sat on hold for 20 minutes each time. Both times I was told the address was corrected and the package would arrive in 2–3 days. Nothing ever arrived. When I contacted MyProtein, their only response was to tell me to keep calling the courier. No real help, no attempt to step in, no ownership of the issue. The payment went to MyProtein, but they refuse to take responsibility for ensuring the order arrives. The products themselves are good, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on, and I’ve already had to turn to Visa for a chargeback to get my money back.
