Ordered from Myprotein, and despite their delivery promise, Evri failed to deliver and gave no tracking updates.
Myprotein promised I would receive my product, but instead Myprotein emailed that the parcel is being returned and a refund will only be issued once it arrives back.
Customer service phoned and claimed the issue was “solved”, yet they refused to escalate and offered no real solution; I paid for goods I never received, and this is unacceptable.
