While I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, it has now been four weeks with no updates, and I've only received delivery links after repeatedly calling to inquire about my order. The links indicate the tire was delivered to Germany, which is incorrect. I've also experienced long wait times on their customer service line; I waited over 40 minutes and was still only 11th in the queue. I would urge you to avoid this seller.
