I purchased four items, I’ve been attempting to chat,send emails, dm you name it, Before the 14 day mark to send items back to get my refund and they will not reply it’s been over 14 days now and I really feel like this is a scam. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I even tried to log in to start refund claim with my ref number and it told me it did not exist.
UPDATE-Continuation as of Aug/22/23
AFTER THE FIRST REVIEW they finally answered the email and I was able to sent the package back for a refund, the post office sent me a text message the package was delivered to the address. It has been over 15 days since I send the package and I HAVE NOT receive my REFUND the total amount I Was scam by this store is $773.12 that it was charged to my navy federal credit union card. This store is fraudulent. From the beginning that I attempted to order the refund the online system was giving error messages I try to made contact through chat, emails they responded with automatic message of a 72 hrs message saying they will get back with me and they did after had me waiting for 4 days (over the weekend) to respond to my need for help because their system was not working (giving me an error message) to process my request for refund. I still now trying to make communication through email(Aug/21/23) to see where is my refund and they are not responding. They will be REPORTED to the authorities in US. This store is located international. Nadine Merabi store is SCAMMING customers!!!!
