I ordered 4 outfits without worrying about the huge expenditure, NM site states "simple return process". I believed all be quickly sorted. All dresses arrived in 1 box so I couldn't keep 1 to store. The dress is beautiful and well made, really pleased with it but....... returns received at NM on 23.11.24 and still no refund 10.12.24. Chased with emails which said its been processed 🤔 17 days especially before Christmas is excessive in my eyes
