Disappointed with Holiday Return Policy! ★☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s return policy, especially during the holiday season. I purchased several items as gifts, only to find out that the return window was ridiculously short—barely long enough to account for holiday shopping, let alone gifting and exchanges. By the time I gave the gifts and realized some didn’t fit, the return period had already expired. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a scripted response and no flexibility whatsoever. They seemed completely uninterested in accommodating holiday shoppers, which is shocking given how common extended return windows are this time of year. Now I’m stuck with clothes that don’t fit and no options other than trying to resell them myself. I expected much better from a supposedly “customer-focused” brand. I won’t be shopping here again and will be warning others to steer clear if they’re looking for holiday gifts. Save yourself the headache—shop somewhere with a more reasonable and customer-friendly return policy!
