Purchased items in excess of £1,000, I paid for next day delivery which I was told by Royal Mail was not used even though I had been charged . My items were not despatched for next day and in fact I spent a lot of time chasing for these to get delivered in time for my Christmas Event. No way of getting a quick response and this company will only deal with emails at their own time and will. I have returned items that were the wrong size but company have not recognised both items only decided to recognise one of the items - so protect yourselves from this type of company.
