I ordered a blazer and pants. The pants were too big so I did an immediate return. They charged me $25 for shipping. I, then, placed another order for a smaller size pant and they were too small. So, I immediately did a return for the pants and blazer. They said I had to use two different boxes, 2 different tracking numbers at $25 each. That's $75 down the drain for shipping. I got money back for refund on the first pair of pants I bought about 3 weeks after return. I could see they received the return of my other two items and I waited and waited for refund. None! So I sent a threatening letter with all my tracking info as well as day and time they received it, and told them I wanted my return immediately or I was contacting my bank. Two days later my refund was issued. I would not advise shopping with this company! Too many others out there that offer excellent customer service and better return/refunds.
