Fraudulent return process - they have been holding on to my $1600 for months. I have spent hours on phone with credit card company and emails to Nadine Merabi and it is still not sorted despite the fact that they have my returned products. Whoever emails you from “customer service” is a complete moron and does not even attempt to help. I can’t describe how bonkers of an experience I’ve had especially for a brand that charges so much money. Shop elsewhere - it is not worth it.
