I ordered a dress on March 31 for a wedding in May. I received a delivery date of April 9, and when the dress wasn't here I received guaranteed delivery date of April 19. The dress was still not delivered. I struggled to get in contact with anyone in their customer service just to find out they only have an online chat to speak to representatives.
I told the representative how my dress was late and the delivery date has changed twice now so I'm worried that it will never be delivered and I've been scammed, to which the representative closed the chat on me. A couple days later I got in contact with another representative who said if I don't have the dress by May 3 I will get a refund. I took a screenshot of this because I know they will just change the delivery date again and try not to refund me.
Now after contacting yet another representative, the tracking information has updated and they tell me I have to wait until May 10 to get my refund if the dress still isn't here. Whether I get this dress or not, this has been an unnecessary hassle, and I would like to recommend anyone reading this to not buy a single thing from this scam of a company.
