Not sure even where to start. First they sent me a jacket that looked NOTHING like the one on their website. The jacket had one sizing shown on it and a completely different one on the label attached. Interesting, This has not been sorted out and their customer service are indeed, what so many people said here, 'useless', 'rubbish', 'unprofessional', 'rude' - this is all true...
Probably the most disgusting thing about that brand is that they LIE ABOUT NEXT DAY DELIVERY (in my case, I hold their VIP membership so I should be getting that service for free). Now, this is bad. If a business lies about what they communicate to their customers, right in their faces, in CAPITALS on their front page - this is a total disgrace. I head a marketing department in a City-based law firm and know exactly what I am talking about so it is not just some hard done by customer. Their customer care is an absolute joke. Today, on their chat, someone called Sanya could not take the pressure and what did she do? She stopped the chat and cowardly abandoned our conversation. I mean, what good would anyone expect from that brand. Nastygal, you are the nastiest brand I have ever dealt with. In fact, I have not had such a sad experience with any other clothing brand. Sophia Amoruso, you are the Founder of NG, well done, you should be proud of yourself but be not proud of your brand's customer service.
