Much like all the rest of these reviews, this company SUCKS. Their exchange policy is BOGUS! Firstly, NASTY GAL sent me the wrong shirt so THEIR mistake. I emailed them making them aware of the issue, and they apologized and said I would have to mail back the wrong shirt and leave a note with the package saying the correct item I ordered along with my order number and they would send back the correct item. I printed out the label and took it to USPS and had to pay for shipping. So again because of THEIR mistake, *I* had to pay to mail it back. Mailed it back then received an email that I was issued a refund??? So I emailed them AGAIN saying I did not want a refill. I wanted an exchange. And I followed the instructions gave to me to do so. They continue to tell me that because the system automatically issued the refund, they cannot send me back my shirt. Like HELLOOO YOUR COMPANY made the mistake I just want the shirt I paid for and ordered!
So ridiculous. This happened last month with my IPSY subscription and guess what they did? Apologized and sent back the correct product and told me to keep the incorrect item no questions asked. Nasty Gal sucks.
