We really need to make 0 stars an option when leaving a review. I ordered 4 items, only 2 arrived. There was no name on the package that I received, so I had to match numbers to verify that it was mine. The 2 dresses that I did receive were so poorly made, that I returned them. I am still missing 2 dresses, but based on the quality of what I received, I don't want them. I've reached out to customer service two times, but have not received a response. I keep getting broken or expired links to contact Nasty Gal on social media. I don't usually submit reviews, but this site has earned the distinction of being THE WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. They have gotten even basic steps wrong. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
