I ordered clothing and had no issues with shipping but then the clothes did not fit at all which was confusing. A size 2 in one thing didn't fit in the next. I wanted to just exchange a few things but they don't allow that so I had to send everything back and then reorder what they still had and pay more for it then originally. I waited weeks and emailed costumer service so many times and then got an answer saying that my order was sent back (the second order) when I was waiting weeks to get it. I then had to reorder my stuff for the THIRD time. It finally came but everything has basically broke. The shoes have broken, the pants, and the design on the skirt has fallen apart. I have done every washing instruction correctly. Not only is the quality horrible, so is the customer service.
