Absolutely shocking service
I recieved an item that wasn't even close to the photo. I was not able to go the post office myself to return the item so I couldn't get the postage label printed as someone was doing it for me (someone without a smartphone). They provided me with no invoice or label so that's why I asked them about this.
I am high risk for covid and I explained that's why I cant leave the house.
I spoke to over five representatives about me having to pay two lots of postage (one for the original order and the second would be to send back) not one of them could answer me to tell me if they would give me the money back for that or not. Dont claim you do free returns if you cant answer that for me.
Their excuse for the item being different was 'the lighting' and 'its vintage so it comes different'
Firstly one was pastel bloody blue and the other was near enough black. Secondly there was a different label to what was in the photo.
I'm utterly shocked as I used to work in a contact centre myself and we would of been sacked if we had given diabolical service like this
